We need a Senior Digital Marketing Managerwho is ready to embrace the opportunities and work alongside the Head of DigitalMarketing to bring to life our digital and technology strategy for the Marketing
function.

As a senior member of the digital marketing team responsible for the overall
development of the capability, the individual will be:

  • Leading a team of Digital Managers, Senior Associates and Associates todeliver marketing activity, campaigns and projects for the business
  • Playing an important role in managing our agency relationships, in particularwith our media agency, PHD
  • Building deep relationships with social platforms such as LinkedIn andbuilding new relationships where we need greater partnership e.g. Twitterand Instagram
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing team leaders on a portfolio ofcampaigns and projects spanning brand awareness, engagement and leadgeneration activities, along with capability building projects
  • Developing channel strategies in conjunction with our Corporate Affairs team,with a focus on the website and corporate social
  • Shaping and driving the reporting and insights into our channels, includingsales data in our Salesforce CRM platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AdobeAnalytics, media agency reports etc
  • Spotting new opportunities and trends and building business cases for newdigital tools, technologies and methods that we may wish to pilot
  • Advising marketing teams and the business on digital best practice
  • Taking ownership for what goes out over our digital channels to protect thereputation of the firm and enhance the client experience
  • Developing our digital marketing processes and channels to make sure theyare GDPR compliant and liaising with our legal and risk teams
  • Identifying digital skills gaps in the team and helping to fill those through bringing in new recruits or by identifying training for the team.

Key capabilities the individual would need include:
  • A passion for digital marketing and a curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways ofworking
  • A mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimising
  • Team management experience and an ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Experience of Marketing Automation systems would be advantageous, in particular
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven digital marketing experience across channels with a focus on email, social, web andadvertising, alongside experience of measuring and analysing data to build a picture ofperformance and ROI
  • Clear communication skills to help lead a multidisciplinary team and agencies to deliver tobriefs
  • Experience of working in complex, matrix organisations would be helpful, along withevidence of managing varied stakeholder groups
  • Strong influencing skills to challenge the status quo.
