Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced company with incredible growth, founded by talent, ambition and relationships. They are now looking for a highly focused, organised and professional new starter with strong communication & negotiation skills and proven experience of building robust relationships. The purpose of the Project Account Management role is to deliver exceptional customer service through customer loyalty and sales growth.

Your role will involve:
  • Successfully project managing customer briefs from validating proposals, budgeting, sourcing, negotiating, manufacturing and delivering on time to a high standard
  • Managing critical paths, often working on briefs 6 months to a year in advance
  • Proactively building turnover and margin by developing customer specific product roadmaps and forecasts
  • Creating innovative and customer focused product proposals
  • Managing the process from order to delivery

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
  • Strong experience within a similar role, ideally from a retail buying background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence, drive & passion
  • Self-motivation, focus and ability to work well as part of a team
