My client a reputable and established professional membership body is currently searching for 3 x Temporary Learning and Assessment Executives to support their examinations processes for next 2 months up until Christmas. You need to be immediately available.

The role is fully remote and based from home.

Principal Accountabilities

Support the Assessment Regulation inappropriate conduct investigation process through to conclusion within agreed timescales.

Create all necessary documentation required to support the process.

Engage and manage subject matter expert (SME) resource required to support the process, including formation of an Investigation Panel.

Work on third party software (Trilby/Turnitin) to ensure candidate examination scripts are available for specialist review, liaising with providers where necessary.

Collate reports of inappropriate conduct from Markers.

Review Turnitin reports of candidate scripts that meet pre-defined criteria for investigation

Review all reports of inappropriate conduct cases; dismiss cases that meet set criteria, make recommendations to senior management on cases to proceed in the investigation process.

Work with internal and external colleagues to progress cases where an initial determination cannot be made.

Ensure all cases of inappropriate conduct are logged accurately

Manage and collate SME investigation feedback

Create and manage file share protocol - Egress/Sharepoint

Schedule and accurately minute Assessment Regulation panel meetings

Support creation of candidate communications, including drafting and management of mass mailing process.

Manage the Assessment Regulation mailbox, replying to candidate queries and escalating complaints where necessary.

Working with the Assessment Team to ensure any changes to examination marks are communicated and records updated.
