We are currently looking for a superstar Customer Service Account Manager
to based at our Shoeburyness office.
As Customer Service Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts providing exceptional levels of service to Onecom customers, ensuring that every communication is both a professional and positive experience.
In addition, you will provide extensive support to our customers and sales teams answering queries & resolving problems via telephone, email and web chat working to a 'first call' resolution target.
In return for your fantastic customer service you will receive a competitive salary, of £19,000 per annum - plus an opportunity to earn an achievable quality focused bonus each month!Benefits included as our Customer Service Account Manager:
