Geography teacher needed for January start - Outstanding School, Birmingham

We are currently working with a secondary school in the Birmingham area who are seeking a teacher to deliver geography to their students as part of the Humanities faculty. This secondary school teaches pupils from year seven to year eleven and has a sixth form college, and the role is long term.

There is a focus within the staff body and the environment to consciously work to lead the students through their learning in varied teaching methods and also prepare them well throughout their education there for their life beyond education.

The senior leadership team are highly organised and expect their staff body to be and in return are rewarded well for their hard work. This school in particular always receives good feedback from supply and long term staff who work there, so is popular among candidates.

This role would be suitable for either an experienced geography teacher or a newly qualified teacher looking for their first geography teaching placement, due to the excellent support NQTs are given when they join this team, and will mainly consist of teaching KS3 geography.

If you are passionate about supporting and developing the potential in all students, this establishment would be a great fit. This school pay within the London fringe pay scale.
