Empowering Learning are supporting a successful Multi-Academy Trust with Primary and Secondary schools based across England. They are currently seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to oversee Curriculum and Assessment within one of their Secondary schools based in Northamptonshire, from January 2022 on a permanent basis - (Salary: L18 - L22)

The role has become available due to the promotion of the current Vice Principal to take up a new curriculum leadership post at Trust level. This is an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join a forward thinking and innovative senior team and play a key role in their continuous improvement and growth.

You will be required to ensure the achievement of the highest possible educational standards, creating an ethos characterised by high expectations and a community in which pupils and staff feel valued. The successful person appointed will share the clear vision that the child is at the heart of everything you do. One who can enjoy positive, professional relationships with young people and who demonstrates high levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.

You will be joining an Ofsted rated 'Good' school and local region Secondary school of the year award winner. You will be a part of a thriving department and family of staff, who have made rapid improvements over recent years.
