In the next year, in order to achieve Net Zero emissions targets, England’s Building Regulations are changing and nearly every new home built in England will need to have Solar Panels installed to be compliant.

We are already 3X larger than our nearest competitors in this space; we have just received investment from E.ON and our company is set to grow x4 again in the next 3 years.

This will create endless opportunities for good people to really make a difference to climate change and have fun along the way!

What you will be doing:

+ You will help lower the carbon footprint for 1,000’s of home owners and make a difference for future generations.
+ You will be working for a company who is consistently rated 90%+ by its biggest customers and always delivers on performance.
+ You will be working for the market leader in our industry; we have relationships and deals with 8 out of the top 12 housing developers.
+ You will be fed opportunities from a dedicated Sales Coordinator daily who will free you to do nothing but sell.
+ You will only be performing meaningful selling activities and conversations with new and existing customers.
+ You will be able to have 5 times as many opportunities as your competitors.
+ You will be selling them a solution to a problem that they have – not cold calling.

What you won't do:

+ You won't need to do any admin, write expenses or compile quotes.
+ You won't have to mess about with project management, operations, customer service or account management.
+ You won't be wasting your time travelling up and down the country for 1 or 2 meetings a day and staying in impersonal hotels.

Top level basic pay – not hit and miss commissions or bonuses.
We will pay you what you are worth straightaway; so if you have previously earned an average of £50k in salary and commission we will pay you this (or slightly higher) as a basic salary from day 1.

No bonuses, no caveats – just up-front basic pay.

We pay people their market value on the basis that we expect them to perform and that true sales people do not need extra incentives to try harder – they always give their best and love selling.

What if I smash my target? What about bonuses?

If you consistently deliver then you will be rewarded with a salary increase to continually match your market value. This won't be variable pay that is often dictated by unrealistic or undeliverable targets where you would earn a bonus one month and not the next.

Our approach ensures that you are always paid what you are worth and your market value will continue to increase.
