We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our client based in Leeds on a permanent basis.

Key Skills and Experience

As a Client Relationship Manager you will have a proven record of building long-lasting professional relationships with clients or stakeholders at all levels, and providing excellent service. You will have strong work ethic and be able to work effectively both on your own and in a team. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and friendly, yet professional approach. You will also have;
  • Experience working in a busy and varied role where high attention to detail is paramount
  • Experience of being in a strategic support role, a PA or a client management role
  • Experience of working in a face-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Experience working in a professional service environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients

Key Responsibilities and duties

As a Client Relationship Manager your main role will be to provide support to two Consultants with proactive client contact and administrative support. Your duties will also include:
  • Being proactive in ,contacting new clients and arranging business meetings for Consultants
  • Complex diary management, arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
  • Assisting in project coordination and management
  • Producing progress reports for clients and Consultants
  • Supporting Consultants with candidate and client management
  • Work closely with the team to work as efficiently and effectively as possible, provide support to the wider team as necessary
