Our client is currently looking for a committed and dynamic Computing Programme Leader for an FE college on the Yorkshire Coast! The ideal Candidate would be able to teach across Computing, Game Development & Digital Design, with a focus on computing. Ideally candidates will be fully qualified with a Degree / HND in a relevant subject area and has a creative sense about them. In this role, you will lead one of the Computing Programmes, providing students with a dynamic Study Programme, whilst tracking students and keeping them on track for all elements of their study program. This is a great opportunity to watch the learners develop throughout their course as you will also be responsible for all elements including, Tutorials and High Grades.

This is a part time, permanent role, working 18.5 hours a week with a salary ranging from £13,256.50 - £16,665 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role are creating Schemes of Work and delivering great Teaching and Learning to ensure that our Learners are provided with a positive experience
Contribute towards a high quality pre-entry and initial assessment process to ensure that learners' needs are met.
Recruitment of learners onto appropriate programmes and levels of study. Inducting, teaching, facilitating and tracking of learner progress.
Assessment of learner progress against targeted achievement.
Ensuring the provision of high quality pastoral and supportive care of learners as part of the whole learner journey.
Ensure the provision of highly effective guidance to learners to assist them through their programme and in their progression onto a positive destination for example higher learning or employment.
Maintain effective management of learners' programmes, working with other teams as required ensuring a high quality, individualised offer The Qualifications and Training required:

Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally or equivalent.
Level 4 Award in Quality Assurance of Assessment Process
and Practice or equivalent
Training Qualifications ENTO HSS8 Health and Safety Aware or equivalent
