Office Manager / Finance Administrator

Based in a beautiful setting our client a well established venue are seeking an experienced Office Manager with finance experience. Working hours are 9am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manning the office reception area
  • Reception and secretarial duties
  • Day to day invoicing
  • Tracking and chasing payments
  • Taking bookings and payments
  • Answering queries
  • Organising and monitoring maintenance required around the property
  • Assisting with health and safety compliance
  • Bookkeeping
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier bills onto Sage
  • Salary journal onto Sage
  • VAT return

Key Requirements
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Experience using finance software and MS office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised
  • Confidence to work independently
