What the job is about

The Contracts Performance Manager is the key provider interface in the supply chain delivery for our paid partners. You will be supporting the Supply Chain Manager in the implementation and ongoing management of our Subcontractors and paid partners. Acting as a central point of contact, building professional, trusting, and successful relationships contributing to a valuable Subcontractor provision.

Your key accountabilities will include:
  • Ensuring that all Parties are working to achieve agreed performance levels and contract requirements.
  • Supporting Subcontractors with process and systems queries.
  • Providing regular performance updates as well as ensuring that Subcontractors are compliant in delivery.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Supply Chain Manager, such as audit preparation, minute taking and the completion of Health & Safety assessments at Subcontractor delivery sites.
  • Engaging with and gain feedback from stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Being proactive and resilient and have a "can-do" attitude that is focussed on long term reward in conjunction with immediate delivery.

Required skills & experience
  • Experience within a fast-paced service focused, client or account management, target driven business environment. Examples of this may include Sales, Contract Management, Agency Recruitment, Training, Account Management or any other B2B Sales/Customer Management environment.
  • Experience of conflict management and ongoing dispute resolution
  • Experience of managing negotiations to achieve positive outcomes.
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
