Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Birmingham

QED Legal are looking to speak with experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors who have over 2 years' experience of running a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters.

We are acting on behalf of an award winning, growing disruptive alternative business structure in Birmingham City Centre.

They are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them at this exciting time. The role will be to carry a mixed caseload of general commercial litigation matters from shareholder and partner disputes, breaches of contract, professional negligence matters and Insolvency. You will also deal with a broad range of liability issues and property matters (e.g. trespass). They have a great client base with national and international firms as well as great regional SME's, which will include key clients in the Insurance industry.

As important to them as experience and ability, is the right personality. Our client pride themselves on 'thinking outside of the box', they foster an inclusive, and refreshing culture to work in far removed from the stifling hierarchical nature of private practice. Staff progressing, and well-being are priorities here, and there are genuine career prospects and no politics.

They offer a competitive salary depending on experience and not just your standard benefits of great holidays, and pension but things like Yoga, Personal Training and Walking Clubs - they want all staff to enjoy the experience of working here and work hard to foster a fun and professional environment.
