Client Details

This Manchester-based NHS organisation are involved in the transition to ICS and are looking for an autonomous internal communications manager to manage communications & staff engagement throughout the period of change.

Description

The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing an internal comms plan
  • Delivering excellent internal comms material such as newsletters & staff briefing scripts
  • Managing and updating the intranet
  • Taking part in senior management meetings to advise on communications

Profile

The successful Internal Communications Manager will possess:
  • A strong background in Internal Communications
  • A proven track record in developing strategic internal communications & engagement plans
  • Experience within the NHS (desirable)
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement experience
