Collections Advisor - (Not call centre)
£25,000 + Excellent monthly bonus £300-£1,000
Our client based in St Helens is looking to recruit a Collections Advisor on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be -
Experienced in customer service and ideally collections
Excellent communicator, with high degree of self-awareness, confidence and resilience
Great attention to detail, and ability to use technology in the workplace
Compassionate, grounded, logical and objective
Able to follow through on difficult decisionsYour responsibilities will include -
Dealing with customers, helping them with their Financial situations
Listening to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs, and providing the right solution to meet those needs
Amending customer accounts
Providing excellent service, going above and beyond customer's expectations on every single call
Handling customer complaints
