Job Title: Repair Administrator

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £19K

The Company

Our client is the leading European innovator of customer driven inventory-as-a-service solutions. They are looking for someone to join a small team and work on a variety of tasks related to the processing of contract additions, deletions, and changes as part of the business take - on function.

The Role

Responsible for processing repair work orders

Responsible for ordering of components parts for the engineers

Proactively seek cost saving measurers and review repair pricing

Create, build, and maintains good supplier relationships

Maange defective and good stock levels in line with usage

Manage 3rd party repair vendors and suppliers effectively

Effective use of company IT tools; morse, SharePoint, teams.

Answering the telephone in a clear, polite, and professional manner

ISO Quality measurements are met and a 'service excellence' ethos is promoted

Adhere to "best practices" across the Operations Team

The Candidate

An understanding of quality management systems- eg ISO 9000

Experienced and detailed understanding of I.T industry

Knowledge of Server, Storage and Networking hardware

Keen interest in the IT services channel

Previous experience in repair administration
