Job Title: Tutor - Pre Employment Tutor (Traineeship Tutor)

Salary - £26,500 - £27,500 depending on experience

Our incredibly successful Pre Employment Team delivers a diverse range of Traineeship programmes to support people into employment. All of the employers we work with have an open position for either a permanent role or an Apprenticeship at the end of the programme. With a success rate of over 70% of our students being successful at the end of their programme in gaining employment you really will be making a huge difference in peoples' lives.
Your role will be to support and mentor our Trainee's through a 7/8 week programme whilst they gain work experience with some of the most recognisable brands such as Matalan, Footlocker, The Range, Pets at Home plus many more!
You will be working remotely travelling regionally to the students placements on a daily basis.
* Experience or knowledge of Traineeships/Employability
* Experience of delivering Functional Skills
* PTLLS / AET qualified
* Excellent communication skills
* Be self motivated as this role will be home based with regional travel
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Driving licence and access to a car
Having an Assessors qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
