My client in Cambridge has a new position available for a talented 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer. They're looking for someone to come in and help support users with IT issues. This is a varied and interesting position within a reputable and fast growing organisation. This business will offer career progression and opportunities to move up into an more Senior IT Support Role.

Within this role you would provide high quality face-to-face or remote support to non-technical people whilst recording support issues and service requests in the incident ticketing system. Also you would resolve issues with IT systems and business applications, seeking help from other members of the IT team when necessary.

Skills Needed:
** Active Directory, Group policy
** Exchange / Office 365 / SharePoint
** Exposure and knowledge of different Windows products
** Experience of working on a help desk.
