Efficiently handle all claims Refer certain claims higher authorities Gather and process information to support the effective assessment of more complex cases Assist in the training of new or inexperienced staff on company systems and processes Undertake other tasks as may reasonably be required by the company SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
