Duties:
* Liaising with Surveyors to ensure property inspections are carried out.
* Document Management - Logging incoming information and updating trackers through Excel.
* Manage monthly invoice process for the team; preparing monthly invoicing schedules and maintaining monthly invoice reports; drafting invoices.
* Arrange and co-ordinate meetings/events/lunches/workshops.
* Provide overflow support to other teams where necessary.
Essential:
* Advanced Excel Skills - capable of linking spreadsheets, graphical reports, lookup formulae and analysis.
* An ability to communicate effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Ability to work on multiple projects.
* Sound MS Office knowledge and experience including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Experience of working in professional services.
* The Right to Work in the UK.
