Teaching Assistant - Worcestershire
I currently have the pleasure of working with a popular Secondary School based in Worcestershire that are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work with students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis with MLD and Autism. This role may include supporting a Classroom Teacher during lessons with students who require additional support to aid their learning.
The Ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about providing quality support to students with additional needs be it in a 1-1 or small group setting with complex needs.
Have previous experience in a Secondary setting supporting students from the ages of 11-18.
Have a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
Possess a Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant Qualification (Advantageous)
a minimum of 6 months' referenceable experience in an educational establishment (Essential)

A dedicated Secondary Consultant will be available to also support and provide market leading advice whilst in the role.
