The Accounts Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for a communicative and motivated professional to take up an all-encompassing accounts position within a well-established finance department. *Maintaining various spreadsheets *Looking after filing and electronic records *Manage and maintain existing debtor records *Ensure all ledgers are maintained and properly reconciled *Sales ledger invoicing *Internal and external supplier query resolution *Set up new accounts as necessary *Process payment runs via the banking system. *Daily Cash flow & Bank import *Bank Reconciliations *Journal postings *Answering calls and dealing with queries *Ad hoc tasks or reporting This an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company which can offer an enjoyable and stable working environment and offer a host of developmental and progression opportunities to grow!
