We are looking to recruit a Senior Systems Support Analyst to work in North West region (mainly Knowsley). This is a full-time position which will be part of a multi-disciplined team to provide operational support on Liberty's works management systems and associated applications.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Systems Support Analyst role are:
Providing operational support on Liberty's works management systems and associated applications
Meet with client representatives, create statement of works and technical specifications
Investigate different application options, with the view to assisting to develop this in house or where needed externally
Preparing clear and concise reports, focused on SSRS & Crystal reports
Manage development implantation projects
Review business applications for efficiencies and best practice followed
In return, what we'll expect from you:
Competency in all aspects of a systems analyst, have a good working knowledge of Windows server and client operations systems. Excellent Excel skills and a background of working with works management systems, mobile application systems, housing management systems and document management systems. Skills with SSRS report writing would also be advantageous.
