Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants who have experience with behaviour to to work in one of our primary schools in Lambeth, London. This particular schools caters for students aged from early years to key stage 2 with special needs such as autism, sensory condition and information processing and behaviour difficulties. Whilst experience is desirable the school are looking for teaching assistants that have an interest working in education and with special needs. As a teaching assistant you will receive training which will help you to meet the students needs on a one to one basis, within a classroom and support small groups of student.
To start immediately or at a later date
Working full time - Monday to Friday for the full academic year and beyond
Hours are 8:30 - 16:00
Supporting and assisting students on a one to one basis
Developing student vocabulary
Helping students to manage sensory overload
