A subsidiary of one of the largest drinks brands in the world, based in NI is now placed to appoint a Brand Manager who will have considerable autonomy build and execute fun and exciting brand plans across their portfolio with a focus on elevation of brands across all channels, return on investment and ultimately driving sales.

The Role

A crucial role for the business the appointed Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager will work strategically to understand product performances across the portfolio and create clever and impactful brand strategies which will elevate product lines and improve performance.

The appointed individual will have previous experience incorporating consumer trends into brands and understand the local marketplace and be present in it to effectively engage with retailers, events organisers, influencers and other stakeholders.

The position requires someone who is confident of their ability to work in a strategic capacity and take ownership of activity calendars for brands and seek to make a noticeable impact within the NI marketplace.


Develop and execute creative and impactful brand and Marketing strategies based on market trends, product performance and events calendar.

Monitor and report on performance of brands, campaigns and particular initiatives.

Continually review competitor activity and market conditions, responding to opportunities accordingly.

Establish systems and processes to ensure effective operation of the brand management function.

Work effectively with sales and merchandising teams to create content, POS and marketing materials

Anticipated Profile

2+ years brand or product management experience within FMCG

A self-starter that can solve challenges and use initiative to deliver

Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight and direction

Experienced in delivering projects in different areas and channels - ATL, instore, digital, events etc

Capacity to switch easily between strategic and operational tasks; taking hands on responsibility

Confident, outgoing and able to communicate to stakeholders at all levels

Focused on meeting key deadlines and delivering results

Strong project management skills and an ability to think both rapidly and 'outside the box'

Be passionate about the brands, with a hunger to succeed and develop your career quickly


Salary estimated to be £32-£37k, reflective of experience
