6 Month contract with the potential to go permanent
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Our client, a large, competitive insurance provider in Canterbury, is currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a contract to potentially permanent basis.
Duties of the Administration Assistant
Contacting customers via the telephone to assist with payment collection
Dealing with financial applications and setting these up on the system
Transcribing information from one system to another and ensuring following up calls, letters, emails and texts are sent out
Keeping diary up to date with relevant actions
Making relevant notes on the system
Person Specification of the Administration Assistant
Excellent communication skills as the role involves telephone support
Previous experience working in an administrative capacity
Experience with MS Office products
An interest, or experience, dealing with areas of finance such as credit control - full training will be given in this areaThis is a great opportunity to work for a collaborative and supportive employer.
