My client is an impressive secondary school in Wandsworth who is looking for a Male Behavior Mentor to support some of their most hard to reach students who are at risk of permanent exclusion. You will work mainly with 2 male students that on occasion, will need to accompany one of them to the bathroom due to a previous flooding incident! This Behaviour Mentor role is a mixture of pastoral and academic, mentoring these students to encourage better behaviour and ultimately keep them in school and help them to overcome their individual barriers to learning.

We want to hear from those who have a genuine interest in education and ultimately want to forge a career in something like teaching, social work, youth work, counselling, psychology etc etc. You need to be full of confidence, resilience and be able to relate to their students by building, trusting, long lasting relationships. This Male Behavior Mentor role is being offered on a long term basis for the entire academic year and may even progress in to a permanent opportunity for those that impress enough!

This Male Behaviour Mentor position represents a chance to work within an established and enterprising school community in Wandsworth, South West London. If you believe you have what it takes, apply now by sending your CV to Nikki Webber at EduStaff!.

Male Behaviour Mentor - Please note: due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted.
