Our client is a decorated titan in the commercial property finance industry having received countless awards and accreditations within the last 3-4 years. Due to their brilliant reputation within the market the company has been inundated with clients and because of this are looking for mortgage BDM's to help support the business and secure future growth.
As Business Development Manager you'll be responsible for maintaining existing business, increase business in existing accounts, and identify and develop new accounts.
The role will be heavily geared towards guiding new and existing customers, introducers, intermediaries, and networks through the benefits of partnering with the brokerage.
Key Accountabilities of a Mortgage BDM;
* Periodic calls to existing business to provide support.
* React to sales enquiries within the required time frame.
* Maintain an awareness of market and industry trends.
* Manage and deliver targets for new and existing business.
Requirements to be a Mortgage BDM;
* Must have prior experience within a similar role or as a Mortgage Advisor
* Must have expert knowledge of the Mortgage Market
* Will have a network of intermediaries & introducers
