Senior Digital Activation Manager
I am delighted to be partnering with one of the world's leading Medtech Company based in the UK. We have a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed digital team, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Activation. This role is responsible for delivering UK & Ireland digital activation plans supporting the company's customer group, driving channel choice and revenue generation in the digital field. The role oversees implementing innovations in communication, web and service platforms.

I am looking for an individual that is a critical thinker and someone that has the resilience to balance multiple priorities. You must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. You will monitor performance and should continually seek to find improvements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drive channel mix of ordering customers through their e-commerce platform
Together with the Global team set the Paid Social & PPC strategy and execute paid online media opportunities to drive lead generation for customer acquisition
Extensive knowledge of CRO processes and methodologies, with proven experience with A/B and MVT testing for optimising online conversion
Responsibility for the running, development and innovation of consumer platforms and digital communications (Episerver, Zendesk, Qualtrics, Eloqua, Txtlocal etc)
Have proven experience with audience segmentation and digital pathways
Aligns consumer activation closely with consumer marketing functions
Together with Global functions develop new consumer service tools linking into future product development such as Apps and digital aspects of product launches
Analyse customer journey and engagement data to shape marketing activation and web design to maximise conversion rates
Link Customer Experience feedback to innovate the consumer digital offering
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Educated to Honours Degree level
Strong customer journey and experience management of websites, intranets and digital service solutions
Broad knowledge of digital marketing ranging from SEO/SEM, PPC, email, databases and organic and paid social media
Detailed knowledge of Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns
Experience in developing e-commerce platforms
Considerable exposure to running, maintaining, and developing consumer facing websites with ecommerce capabilities
Strong project management capabilities to deliver digital developments on time and in budget
