Deputy Nursery Manager

We would like to welcome a Deputy Nursery Manager to our established and friendly nursery team in Luton.

Work should be fun and we are looking for individuals who share that philosophy at Seabrook Day Nursery; part of Childbase Partnership who are an employee-owned company.

As a Deputy Nursery Manager qualified to level 3 or above you will earn £13.89-£15.39 per hour (£27,085.50-£30,010.50 per annum for a 37.5 hour working week).

You will work with the Nursery Manager to effectively deliver high quality standards of care, promote partnerships with families and external agencies and ensure every child thrives in a safe and secure environment. You will uphold all company policies and Ofsted requirements and ensure that colleagues do the same by role modelling outstanding practice within the rooms and offering appropriate mentoring and coaching as required. You will effectively manage parent queries and, in the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will assume overall responsibility of the nursery.

Successful Deputy Nursery Manager applicants will need to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation, undertake a DBS and provide a minimum of 2 satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
