Location: Matlock

Job Types: Nights Full-Time, Part-Time and Zero Hours

Salary: £8.91 - £11.50 per hour (dependent on training and experience).

Recognised for our innovative and high-quality services Progressive Care is a leading National provider of services for Children's & Families, Young People and Adults across South Yorkshire, East Midlands and the North West.

At our Lilybank Hamlet site in Matlock we offer 24-hour residential care for 42 adults and older people. The site is surrounded by extensive and accessible landscaped gardens and grounds. We have communal rooms, in which group entertainment is provided along with TV and music facilities dependent on the individuals wishes.

We now have attractive and exciting opportunities for a passionate, ambitious and driven individuals to support adults who have a range of complex needs. Our services are recognised for providing high-quality residential care. Building on this, we are seeking to appoint experienced and motivated Care Assistants to support and drive the service forward.

Experience is not required as training will be provided.

The right candidate will:

Having a Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma is desirable. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided for successful applicants.

Having experience working with adults is beneficial. However, we welcome applicants that we feel would have the right aptitude, and life skills.

Have a genuine desire to support others to improve their lives

Have a caring nature with a focus on promoting privacy and dignity

Good Literacy and communication skills

Be supportive and friendly towards vulnerable adults

Be patient and able to keep calm under pressure

Able to work flexibly, including bank holidays, evenings and weekendsWe offer:
