Full training on the company's bespoke software, so you can quickly become an SME on the product
In this role, you will be solely responsible for supporting this customers' clients with their software issues
Currently, there are 7 techies/developers in the company who usually share the responsibility for software support, but due to the growth they've been experiencing, they now need someone to support their clients in a full-time capacity
You will need to be a self-starter and be happy to manage your own workload
As mentioned above, there are clear and direct routes into a management position
You will be responsible for supporting bespoke software so any experience in a similar role would be great
Any experience or working knowledge of databases would be beneficial
Part of the role would be to document issues and assist in building the knowledge base for the company
This is a technical position where you will be required to take ownership of the support issues and find creative solutions to them
You will be the face of the company, being the first point of contact for the clients when they have issues - as such, you will need to be a professional person with exceptional communication skills
