Role & Responsibilities:
-Maintain hygiene standards throughout the production area.
-Control correct stock rotation of all materials.
-Attend internal audits.
-Ensure quality paperwork is filled out correctly.
-Arrange and attend departmental meetings.
-Ensure PPE is worn correctly by staff.
-Train new and existing staff in task procedures.
-Act and report on all health and safety problems.
-Follow production plans.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
-Previous experience of working in a Food or FMCG environment.
-Intermediate knowledge of food production.
-£21,395 plus further benefits
-2 shift pattern
