We are recruiting for a global organisation with an office based in Bracknell, Berkshire and they are seeking a Finance Business Partner to be responsible for analysing and understanding the financial performance of the business, as well as supporting with the monthly forecast process and broader planning requirements.
Salary up to £60,000 per annum, plus attractive benefits
Duties and responsibilities

To develop and provide information on performance for key stakeholders.
Using Cognos to provide summary forecast information to management on a timely basis so that it can be acted on prior to forecast period close.
Building partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and providing financial support to commercial decision making.
Initiating change to ensure key operational and financial targets are delivered.
Work closely with Senior Leadership to provide them with the relevant tools needed to optimise performance or meet relevant goals. For example, analysis of historic results, variance explanations, updated forecasts and identifying opportunities above the current plan.
Delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions.
Deliver accurate financial planning deliverables, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic long-term plans.
Interpretation, and driving actions off the back of monthly results, working with the rest of the Finance team to share insight and ensure financial records marry up with business activity.
Skills and experience

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working within a global finance function
Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
Background in a fast growth company desirable
Comfortable with building Excel based models for both financial and non-financial information
Confident designing and building new processes and procedures
Demonstrable experience working with both data and various stakeholders
Experience improving/streamlining processes
A forward thinker who embraces change
Proactive, can-do attitude that likes to be challenged and navigate ambiguity
Holds themselves accountable
