Conrad Connect are pleased to be supporting an award-winning Engineering Consultancy who due to continued growth are now looking to recruit a dedicated Bid and Marketing Coordinator to take responsibility and act as the main contact for all their Marketing and Bid requirements. This role will predominately be based in their Central London Office

The successful candidate will ideally have worked in the Construction, Engineering or a similar industry and have a proven track record within Marketing. You will also have detailed experience in communications, marketing and bids, a strong eye for detail and design and be comfortable working on your own initiative and making decisions whilst possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

You will be joining a very supportive and successful team and report directly into the Marketing Director.


Marketing and Business Development

Manage all marketing portals including website and social media
Working with external PR companies to plan and provide copy for any external marketing projects
Coordinate regular Business Development meetings with UK business development leaders and complete tasks from these meetings such as event planning and client interactions
Research and present options of potential work streams to BD team

Bid management:

Plan bid & proposal production - by coordinating internal meetings, preparing documents for response and leading the completion of the overall InDesign bid material to ensure a timely submission
Work closely with key members of staff to create and compile the information required for submissions - including graphics, CVs, team organograms, project experience, scope of services and design options
Prepare pre and post tender presentation material to support a variety of Bid interviews
Responsible for the timely planning, management and completion of selection questionnaires PQQ's, ITT's and tender submissions
Ensure accurate and up to date information is used in all submitted documents and that they are presented in a professional, high quality and concise manner
Use all corporate templates in Word, PPT & InDesign to produce high-quality documents for project profiles, presentations, track records, case studies, capability statementsDesign

Produce graphics that enhance all engineering drawings using Illustrator
Design layouts for submission documents
Design supporting marketing material for the Companies online presence
Evolve the existing set of bid templates for each team as needed
You will act as a brand guardian
Edit and update Company capability records, project descriptions and other relevant marketing materials when required

The Successful candidate will have the following:

At least three years+ Marketing experience in a similar role and a strong eye for detail
Experience with In-Design, Photoshop, Adobe Suite and PowerPoint
Great aptitude and enthusiasm for graphic layout and typography, in both digital and print channels
Confidence to bring individual creative input to the communication of concepts and narratives and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ideally will have worked in the Construction, Engineering or similar industry
