We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Registered Manager for two busy Domiciliary Care branches in the Bradford and Kirklees area.
These services are part of a well-respected domiciliary care provider with services across the north. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead these well performing, high-end branches and take them to the next level.
Both branches are fully supported with an Assistant Manager and strong staff teams. You will be responsible for the overall management of both sites, ensuring standards are kept high whilst meeting targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing both branches
* Compliance and auditing
* Staff Management
* Marketing the service
* Previous Registered Manager experience of a very busy branch
* Proven track record with CQC
* Domiciliary Care background
* Skilled in leading and motivating staff team
This role will be a full-time position in the Bradford/Kirklees area, salary of around £(phone number removed) depending on experience. Great benefits.
