Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Pay Rate: Competitive
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08.00 to 16.30 - 37.5 hours per week

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Assistantto join our passionate and driven team in Edinburgh!
Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment.
Dealing with supplier queries.
Process high volume invoices.
Gaining authorisation of invoices in a timely manner.
Efficiently dealing with and resolving any queries.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Preparation of payment runs.
Managing key suppliers in the best interest of the group.
Providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.
To carry out any other duties commensurate to the role.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Purchase Ledger experience.
A focused individual with the ability to work on their own initiative.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic Excel skills.
