Our latest store brings CareCo's fantastic range of mobility products to the locals of Exeter and surrounding areas for the first time. As the Showroom Manager, you'll be leading a brand-new team of mobility experts all working together to help CareCo Exeter make the best possible impression from day one.

You'll be a motivating presence in the store, encouraging your team to meet objectives and sales targets. Your organisation skills will be key, helping you to plan staff rotas, manage budgets and deliver training. And you'll always be looking for ways to improve the showroom, developing both your own and the team's awareness of changes in the industry and local market conditions.

HOURS

Your working week will be 40 hours long to include weekend working on a rota basis.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the mobility retail sector, but not essential.

The ability to meet sales targets through proven relationship selling techniques, excellent customer service skills and through the setting and monitoring of KPIs and objectives.

The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.

Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and external business partners.

Experience in the effective management of the compliance of company procedures and systems relating to stock control and sales transactions.

The ability to demonstrate excellent Retail standards throughout the salesfloor including layout, product display and POS/graphics.

Proven experience in the safe and accurate handling and managing of data ensuring GDPR compliance.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly in Word & Excel.

Experience in the effective management of H&S compliance.

GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or 5 as a minimum
