Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative charitable provider of a range of care and support services to individuals with Autism and their families across East Anglia.

This provider is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their residential care and campus setting in the Norwich area.

The Registered Manager in Norwich will:

* Work with the Area Manager and Deputy Manager to oversee the running of this established residential care and day service.

* Ensure the very highest standards of person-centred care are delivered and maintained.

* Ensure policies and procedures are implemented effectively and best practice is maintained.

* Oversee the financial management of the services.

* Lead an established staff team and ensure the team are effectively motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care and support.

The Registered Manager in Norwich will need to have:

* Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

* Experience of leading Autism services at a registered or deputy manager level.

* Excellent knowledge of the latest legislation and guidance for supporting individuals with Autism.

* The ability to effectively lead and manage staff and resources.

In return the successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
