I have a fantastic opportunity I am recruiting for on behalf of a leading facilities management provider, the client is in search for a Senior Bid Manager to join a well established Bids team.

This position offers flexible working with some travel into London when required.

Job purpose

Participate in the development and review of proposal strategies and themes
Analyse the PQQ/ writing requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer's issues and needs
Work closely with the Bid Team to help create complete, concise, compelling and client specific bid submission materials that score maximum points within the technical evaluation
Proof reading of other people's documents when required, as a guardian of quality writing
Add creative ideas to the team and input into presentation text and infographics
Use business insight and creative flair to create compelling content and winning messages
Ensure proposals written reflect the clients requirements, our unique proposition and key differentiator messages instilled throughout the document
Clearly demonstrate, with evidence and examples of how our proposition and proposed solution can resolve their issues and more Ideal candidate

Facilities Management bidding experience
Minimum of 5 years track record of professional writing and submitting bid materials and Executive Board reports and Briefing Papers
A track record and knowledge of how to write winning PQQ's/ proposals though the CCS
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
