The core responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator will include;
  • Assisting with validation, input, calculation and recording of monthly data, including time sheets and expense claim forms
  • Assisting with processing and monitoring employee changes, including starters, leavers, amendments to hours/salaries
  • Recalculation of accrued holiday payments for starters and changes to employment
  • Processing documentation such as P45s and pension correspondence
  • Effective calculation, maintenance, and accuracy of HR/Payroll records/information
  • Supporting Payroll Manager and Payroll Officer, wherever required


The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • Previous experience within Payroll Services
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thorough working knowledge of IT systems
