I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join my small domiciliary client in Southampton. Salary up to £35K.

The domiciliary service provides carers to people living within their own homes who require support to help them remain as independent as possible. This is a young business that has been around for about 5 years with steady growth. They are looking for a Registered Manager to co-register at first, with the view to take over sole registration and day to day management of the branch when suitable for both parties. This will suit either an existing RM looking to take full responsibility for a branch, or a strong Deputy who may require a bit more support for the first 12 months or so.

The Role:

As the Registered Manager you will.
  • Deliver the highest standards of care, service and staff support across all aspects of the business.
  • Identify business development opportunities and networks and strengthen the brand locally.
  • Take responsibility for service care and staff compliance ensuring company policies and CQC regulations are adhered to.
  • Recruitment, retention, and support of staff

The Person:

To be considered for the Registered Manager's role, you will.
  • Need previous management experience within domiciliary, as a Deputy as minimum.
  • Hold a QCF Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Have experience in leading and managing care teams and you will be well organised with excellent customer care skills.
  • Need Good CQC record.
  • Be a car driver.
