Our client is a prominent telecommunications business that are expanding their network. They are looking for a an experienced finance assistant to come into the organisation and help with the day to day running of the finance office. My client will need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training needed.

Main duties of the role will be:
  • Processing of all supplier invoices and passing these on for approval throughout various levels of the business
  • Compliance and supplier management
  • Monitoring and tracking invoice approvals and statuses to ensure timely payment
  • Reviewing aged creditors and dealing with any supplier queries by phone or email
  • Ownership of the Various Finance Mailboxes
  • Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with ad-hoc financial queries
  • Payment runs
  • General administrative work

Ideal candidates will have likely having the following profile:
  • Experience within the finance sector
  • Strong attention to detail and well organised
  • Very good IT skills and experience working on a variety of systems
  • Team player and very personable
  • Be able to manage their own workload
