How would you like to work for a leading not for profit charitable organisation that is global reaching?

Are you looking to enrich your management career in an environment where you can work with great leaders and be a part of great teams?

Perhaps you have become disillusioned in your current role, with the same monotonous tasks?

Well if I was to tell you that this Deputy Manager job was rewarding and that every day you really felt you were making a difference to these people's lives, what would you say?

This unique opportunity will give you the chance to work with people with physical and/or learning disabilities who are not confined to their home. In fact this organisation encourages social interaction in the form of regular away days and overseas holidays and yes you get to go also.

If you fancy a different direction in your management career and want the chance to grow your skills and knowledge, then you will want to be a part of this leading organisation.

As a nurse I'm sure you will have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams that are not always made up of the same cloth. This employer actively encourages a diverse workforce, many of their services employ RGN's, RMN's and RNLD's as they believe this enriches the lives of their residents.

If you are a responsible and accountable professional who prides themselves on the highest standards of nursing, clinical and person support. You will encourage independence while confidently directing and supervising a team of support staff.

In return not only will you be a part of a modern, sustainable charity, but you will also receive a wide range of employee rewards and benefits. We are talking:
  • Enrolment onto one of the best company pension schemes paying 11%
  • Competitive life cover for you and your family
  • Child-care vouchers
  • Access to the comprehensive employee assistance programme
  • Substantial and flexible annual leave (35 days)
  • With a competitive package of up to £36,390 per annum, there aren't many roles like this out there.

If you are an experienced nurse looking to take your first step into management or a current deputy manager and like the sound of the above, then apply in confidence with a CV, or speak to Tim the Recruitment Panda who works closely with this employer.

In order to be considered for this role you must be a registered nurse, holding a current registration with the NMC. Experience of leading teams will be beneficial, as will an NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management, but not a necessity.
