Well, if you have aspirations of working with a well-established, award winning, forward-thinking, honest, small care home operator in North Wales, then look no further.

Of course leading by example on the floor, offering your clinical expertise is crucial to the success of any Deputy Manager, but could things be different?
My client understands the importance of supernumerary hours and the benefit it has not only to the Home Manager, but staff and residents, especially in these unprecedented times.
That's why this particular role is unique, as there are plenty of supernumerary hours available so that you can make a real difference.
You will benefit from working within a well-established team with good staffing ratios and alongside an experienced dedicated manager who you are bound to learn plenty from.
Not only that, but you will benefit from an attractive salary of up to £37,700, plus a £2,000 welcome bonus.
