The business are a global data and technology business within the financial services sector who are growing their product offering and client base.

They are looking to hire a Product Marketing Lead into their team in London. The role will have some international travel involved.

Job Description
Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Lead:
  • Build the GTM framework for new product features and services
  • Lead the launch of new products in the market, in collaboration with product management, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Develop value propositions, positioning, and messaging that resonates with our target personas, with a focus on new products
  • Build and execute marketing plans leveraging email, content, press, partnerships, events, social media, and other marketing levers, to establish and grow product demand and awareness
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of targeted marketing programs, managing deadlines, and ensuring ROI on marketing campaigns
  • Develop go-to-market content and collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitor guides, white papers, videos, sell sheets, and FAQs.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing programs (campaign results, ROI, web analysis, evaluation of KPIs) and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitive trends, and assess customer needs to support go-to-market activities
  • Write and review copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to the overall digital strategy, helping to chart a path to optimising our digital experience around new products
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
  • Experience in a product marketing role
  • Proven GTM launch experience, devising campaign/project plans and effectively managing timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Creativity in approach to the job, specifically with generating new ideas and formulating marketing plans
  • Experience influencing senior executives and driving consensus across multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities
  • A global mindset: ability to adapt to audiences in multiple geographical regions
