The Saplings are recruiting support workers to join our expanding team next to Vivary Park. We support five wonderful gentlemen with Autism and Learning Disabilities. We are looking for people who are fun, energetic and can put a smile on our faces! Our gentlemen enjoy music, disco-dancing, trips to the pub and certainly appreciate fine foods and love a good curry!

We are a growing team and are seeking candidates who are bold, compassionate and willing to get involved in creating a lively environment in the home. New ideas always welcome!

Our support is tailored to the gentlemen we support. If you are new to support work and are willing to take on new challenges; we will provide you with full training, support and career development with opportunities for Lead Support Worker, Assistant Manager and Locality Manager as your career develops. You will have a Manager and Assistant Manager in service to support who will help develop and progress your skills and to support you in your new role. Futhermore your new colleagues willl also have a wealth of knowledge about the people we support and will support you to build relationships and find your niche in the team.

£9.36 per hour.

This role requires an enhanced DBS Disclosure, which will be obtained for you by Discovery.
