Our client is one of the largest in their field in the UK, operating and maintaining a large network delivering critical services in a B2C and B2B market. They are at the forefront of the sustainability agenda for the UK with an exciting and ambitious sector leading digitisation and AI strategy. The organisation wishes to bring in an experienced operational change professional to:

• Create, build and implement the operational excellence framework, owning the company's process excellence capability

• Deliver the change programme to achieve its operating strategy, ultimately transforming the organisation to deliver against the digital vision

• Bring enterprise-wide oversight of current and future programmes to ensure there is a joined-up approach across all functions that interconnect with each piece of delivery

• Ensure change is embedded through effective business process management and people change

• Bring a change to the culture that embraces change and creates a rhythm of continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in delivering operational excellence and capability programmes -improving efficiency, process and layout

• Deep expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies

• Strong strategic thinker able to translate vision and design into delivery and transformation

• Deep knowledge of programme delivery and change management

• Extensive operational experience, preferably across multiple sectors

• Excellent interpersonal skills, managing relationships, able to influence key leaders at executive level
