Highland Health and Social Care Services help people from all walks of life, as well as their families or carers. Health and Social Care in Highland provides help and assistance in many situations arising due to illness, disability, old age or poverty.
This post is responsible to carry out kitchen duties and be involved in preparation, cooking and serving of meals to the residents as required following the six week menu plan.
To produce food using standard recipes in line with policies and procedures ensuring standards are met.
To maintain a clean environment and comply with infection control standards.
Applicants should have experience in working with people in a care setting. Ability to undertake any relevant training. For more details please refer to the Job Description.
