Due to internal staff movement Thistle Hill Academy have a vacancy for a KS2 Teacher, to start in January 2022 (or sooner for the right candidate).

We are looking for a creative and innovative teacher who is willing to embrace the use of technology in the classroom, alongside strong to enhance learning for our children.

We need someone who is open to new ideas and willing to support our vision to transform the standardised model of direct learning to a model which allows for improved interactions and strengthened relationships that provide our children with opportunities for self-directed learning.

We aim to nurture a community of learners that challenge thinking, where our staff are empowered to take risks and develop their practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system, which is not held back by traditional restrictions and ideologies.
