A brilliant not-for-profit organisation based just outside of Birmingham city centre is seeking a switched-on and organised PA to provide extensive support to the senior management. You will be integral in going above and beyond the traditional PA duties and ensuring that you provide an excellent first port of call service.
You will be expected to complete diary management to a high standard, ensuring meetings are coordinated effectively and any issues are pre-empted. Alongside this, you will manage a range of correspondence and communications from a variety of platforms. Liaising with the marketing team, you will drive forward the organisation's brand and media presence. Research, analysis and reporting will be your forte! You will be heavily involved in strategic business projects.
The successful individual will have previous PA/administration support experience, ability to handle a busy diary and a natural ability to support at senior level. This role would suit an aspiring PA who is analytical, IT savvy (with good Excel skills) and keen to grow within a business. You must have good academics alongside office exposure.
